The following terminology applies to this Terms of Service, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person purchasing a website design or other goods or services via this website. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both you and ourselves, or either you or ourselves. In purchasing a website design or other goods or services via this website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated or changed from time to time by the Company without notice to you. Website Designs and Training

All website designs are provided by MyDreamWeb. Purchase of such website designs entitles you to use of the purchased design on a website owned by you, but you may not alter, cut up, modify, resell, license or distribute such design in any unauthorized manner. If you wish to alter or distribute such purchased design in any way, you MUST first purchase the copyright license for such website design. Contact the Company directly for details on purchasing a copyright license.

Training

As part of your purchase of a website design, the Company will provide you with extensive training in connection with the use and implementation of such design. You must be available to complete all training within 60 days of the date of purchase.

Drop Shipping

In the event the website design you have purchased includes “drop ship” goods, the Company will ensure that all such goods included in the original website design are up to date at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility, however, to manage the drop ship elements of your website following your purchase of the design from Company, including regularly verifying that the goods offered for drop shipment on your website are current, as goods may no longer be in stock or may be discontinued.

Payment

You are responsible for payment of the total amount indicated in your ordering queue at the time of purchase. Once a website design is purchased, no exchanges or refunds will be given. All sales are final.

Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.
